This exercise strengthens almost entirely takes place in the cardiac
rate and includes exercises on balance, coordination and elaboration of
the press. Angie Miller will not allow you to slow down - instead, you
simply make smooth transitions from one series to another.
Each segment is made up of increasingly complex exercises that involve
multiple muscle groups (for example, simply by moving to the attacks in
